Nucleus are new onto panel this month and we have already completed 2 secured commercial loans with their team. The first was for £250,000 and the second for £75,000. These 2 cases were completed in record time which is a credit to their support team.
Factor 21 have joined us to offer their support on invoice finance. In their first month on panel we have completed on an invoice finance facility with a competitive funding line of more than £500,000 with an overpayment to allow the client to trade with an additional cash flow buffer.
Beyond Funding have joined the Goodman Group’s panel and we have funded 2 clients a total of £245,000 this month so far with 3 more completions in the pipeline.
