The Director of the Club was introduced to us by his accountant Adrian Borg from TGFP in Leamington Spa. Having explained their situation and the reason for the funds, we spent some time undertaking our due diligence on the business and set about gathering options for them.
The client was presented with several options from our panel of funders having assessed their needs fully. We worked with the Director to complete the paperwork and made sure the transaction was carried out smoothly.
